**Maryland Futsal State Cup Prep Tournament**

December 21 & 22, 2024

The Maryland Futsala 5v5 is a great prep tournament for building up to the Maryland Futsal State Cup in January 2025, featuring the best of the best from Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Virginia! 

Format

• 2 day event 
• 5v5 with a goalkeeper and 4 field players 
• Three game guaranteed 
• 40 minute games (2x20 minute halves) 
• Running clock 
• Roster size is limited to12 
• U.S. Futsal certified referees 
  

Tournament Rules

• Certified US Futsal state referees. 
• All teams are guaranteed a 3-game minimum (40 minutes) and the best record advances to a championship final. 
• All players must show identification. This includes, school IDs, driver's license, birth certificate and all club passes are accepted. 
• Coaches may request to deconflict team schedules for at least two teams. If they coach multiple teams, games will not be scheduled at the same time. • Registrations will be based on a first come first serve basis. 
• Deadline to register is December 7, 2024 at 12:00 am (midnight).

Event Location:

• The Park School of Baltimore - 2425 Old Court Rd. Baltimore MD, 21208 • Futsal courts: (5) Luxurious size hardwood, basketball courts with regulation futsal goals. 
• Plenty of parking. 
• Bleachers and plenty of ample seating. 
• Concessions on site, including Chick-fil-A

Event Registration

Cost: $575.00 per team

**Discounts for teams bringing more than five upon request

Check-In information:

• Registration for the Maryland Futsala 5v5 can be found by clicking here on GotSport done by a team member /coach and submitted along with full payment. 
• Roster waivers MUST be printed and signed. Two (2) copies should be turned in at check-in. 
• All player cards will be accepted and cross-referenced with rosters at check-in. • Medical release forms MUST be printed and signed for each player participating in this event. Two (2) copies should be turned in at check in. 
• Event Liability Release forms MUST be printed and signed for each player participating in this event. Two (2) copies should be turned in at check in.

**No cross rostering. A player may NOT play in multiple age groups for different teams. Players can only be rostered to one team.

Policies

Refund Policy 

Teams withdrawing from the Maryland Futsala 5v5 after the registration deadline will be penalized with a $150.00 administrative fee. 

No refunds will be given once schedules have been posted. 

Inclement weather policy   

The tournament director will make a decision to cancel the tournament in the event of inclement weather or other circumstances out of our control. Once all expenses have been paid, consideration may be made to grant refunds or discounts on future events. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Cancellations:

In the event the tournament is canceled by Top Tier Tournaments, each team will receive a 50% refund after all event fees are paid. Once any game has been played on the event weekend no refunds will be issued.

9u -12u size 3

13u - 19u size 4

Player Equipment

• All players must wear futsal shoes or indoor soccer shoes. NO cleats, or turf shoes allowed. 
• Players are required to wear shin guards. 
• All players must have numbers on their jerseys.
