The North Carolina Futsal Showcase 5v5 event is a great event for

Futsal in the state of North Carolina! It is a fun way to develop

skills for outdoor soccer in a competitive way.

We are laying the groundwork to host the first annual North Carolina

Futsal State Cup! This event will be our kickoff tournament creating

a presence for US Futsal. Futsal is the only recognized sport by FIFA,

as indoor soccer. The United States Futsal Federation is the governing

body of futsal.

• Rules are based upon state, regional and national levels of the
• United States Futsal Federation.
• Referees will be certified by US Futsal in the state.
• All teams are guaranteed a three-game minimum (40 minutes) and the
• best record advances to a championship final.
• All club passes accepted.
• Coaches may request a review of a conflict in schedules for at least.
• two teams.
• Registrations will be based on a first come first serve basis.
• Deadline to register is January 29 at 12 o’clock midnight.

The event will offer:

• (4) Luxurious size hardwood, basketball, courts with International Futsal Goals.
• Plenty of parking.
• Concessions on site.

Event Registration

Cost: $600.00 per team

Admission cost:

• Players/Children (4-13) $5.00
• Coaches/Parents (14 and up) $7.50

Check-In information:

• Registration on https://www. Starsfcusa.com/Demosphere done by a team member /coach and submitted along with full payment.
• Roster waivers MUST be printed and signed. Two (2) copies should be turned in at check-in.
• All player cards will be accepted and cross-referenced with rosters at check-in.
• Medical release forms MUST be printed and signed for each player participating in this event. Two (2) copies should be turned in at check in.
• Event Liability Release forms MUST be printed and signed for each player participating in this event. Two (2) copies should be turned in at check in.

No cross rostering. A player may NOT play in multiple age groups for different teams. Players can only be rostered to one team.

Inclement weather/cancellations.

Refund Policy 

Teams that withdraw from the North Carolina Futsal Showcase after January 31 will be charged a $200.00 administrative fee.

No refunds will be given once schedules have been posted.

Inclement weather policy   

In the event of inclement weather, the tournament directors, and referee assigner will make a decision whether to proceed with play. For any forfeits (based on the situation), the directors reserve the right to cancel, or forfeit any games.

Cancellations:

If the event is canceled by Top-tier tournaments, after all event fees are paid, each team will receive a 50% refund Once any game has been played on the event weekend no refunds will be issued.
